Lead Times

Standard orders (cupcakes, standard cakes, cookies) need at least 72 hours notice. Wedding cakes and large custom orders need 4+ weeks notice, especially during peak wedding season.

Deposits

Custom orders require a 50% deposit to lock in your date once a quote is accepted. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

Pickup & Delivery

We offer local delivery within 20 miles. Pickup is always free and available at scheduled times.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable within 4 weeks of a wedding/large event, or within 72 hours of a standard order, since ingredients are ordered ahead of time. Cancellations outside that window receive a full deposit refund.

Allergens & Dietary Needs

We can accommodate gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan requests — just note it on your custom order or menu order. Our kitchen does handle common allergens, so please let us know about severe allergies.
